Fleet maintenance plans for laser cleaning
Scheduled laser cleaning for multiple vehicles or assets, customized to asset type, usage and operational needs. Regular treatment keeps corrosion controlled and coatings performing.
How a fleet plan works
-
How a plan is built
Fleet Maintenance Plans are scheduled cleanings for multiple vehicles or assets. Each plan is customized to the asset types you run, how they’re used and your operational needs.
-
Why schedule it
Regular treatment keeps corrosion controlled and coatings performing, which reduces long-term repair costs and unplanned downtime across the fleet.
A plan fits when
- You run several trucks, trailers or machines in the same conditions
- Rust keeps coming back on the same assets
- Downtime has to be planned, not reactive
- You want corrosion handled across the fleet, not one unit at a time
Questions about fleet plans
How much does laser cleaning cost?
Work is priced by custom quote, and no rates are published. Factors that can affect the cost include the asset and its size, the type and severity of the contamination, and where the equipment is. Request a quote with a short description, and photos if you have them.
Do you come to us?
Yes. Madison Laser Clean Technologies is a mobile service. Work is done on site, so equipment doesn’t have to be transported.
What should I send to get a quote?
What the asset is and roughly how big it is, what you’re removing (rust, paint, coating, oil), where the equipment is, and when you need it done. Photos of the whole piece and a close-up of the worst area help.
Put corrosion on a schedule.
Tell us what you run and where it’s based. We’ll review it and follow up about a plan.
